ELIGIBILITY
The Property Construction Yacht Club is open to anyone from the UK property construction sector wishing to network through social and boating activities. No experience is required and for those wishing to learn training is part of the membership benefits. Suppliers should not become members but contact us directly with their services.
ANNUAL FEES & KEY DATES
Annual membership runs from October to September and for the current period is £250 per person per year. Key dates are published in the events section of this website and are regularly updated. News of new events are notified through the Clubs LinkedIn Company page and the Club WhatsApp group.
MEMBERSHIP RULES
We want all of our members to experience the impressive level of professionalism when networking and sailing with Property Construction Yacht Club. We expect a level of decorum when visiting clubhouses that allow us use of their facilities and to act as a guest and not a member whilst at all times acting as an ambassador for our Club.
