- Time is TBDGosport, Haslar Marina, Haslar Rd, Gosport PO12 1NU, UKSail in this exclusive X-55 Ocean Racing Yacht to Cowes for a marvellous day including breakfast, a fine lunch and drinks, followed by(not included in this price) optional overnight stay at Royal Maritime Club and evening meal. This day is open to members and their clients as a corporate day.

All members are welcome to vote in new officers and ambassadors, hear from the outgoing and incoming Commodores future plans and listen to feedback from all members. In 2022 in our very first event Property Construction Yacht Club scratch crew were WINNERS of the matched fleet racing class over 5 races. In 2024 we have several options to enter from novice to experienced racer and will compete across the board.

Bring your booze and picnic treats for our August get together and don't forget to bring your swimmers as in the past the odd water-fight on the lake has been known to get slightly out of hand!
